- 1 on of cochinita pibil (soy) Asanté
- Refried beans
- Tostadas (salmas)
- ½ red onion, julienned
- 1 orange (juice)
- 1/2 habanero pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
Heat a little oil or water in a frying pan.
Add the suckling pig and heat for 1-2 minutes.
On each piece of toast, place a bed of beans and then a portion of suckling pig.
Garnish with avocado.
For the onions, all the ingredients must be mixed and left to rest for 1-2 hours before serving.
