
Tacopanucho
Ingredients
- 1 pack of cochinita pibil Asanté
- Refried beans
- Tortillas
- Avocado
Marinated onion
- ½ red onion, julienned
- 1 orange (juice)
- 1/2 habanero pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
Preparation
Heat a little oil or water in a frying pan.
Add the cochinita previously cut into strips or cubes, heat for 1-2 minutes.
Heat beans and tortillas.
On each tortilla, place a bed of beans and then a portion of cochinita.
Garnish with avocado.
For the onions, all the ingredients must be mixed and left to rest for 1-2 hours before serving.
