Plant-based Philly Cheese-Steak
-1 bag Asante Plant-based Barbacoa
-90g of Plant-based Provolone Cheese
-Salt to taste
-80g of chopped onions
-10g of Olive oil
-2 Pretzel rolls, 2 hoagie rolls or 1 baguette
- On a hot pan, sauté the onions until brown.
- Open the bag of Asanté Plant-based Barbacoa and add it to the onions. Lower the heat and add the cheese until it melts.
- Toast the bread and divide the mix into two large portions or four medium portions.
*Served with French Fries and salad
*Side Pickles and pickled Jalapeño peppers
