Plant-based Philly Cheese-Steak

Ingredients:

-1 bag Asante Plant-based Barbacoa
-90g of Plant-based  Provolone Cheese
-Salt to taste
-80g of chopped onions
-10g of Olive oil
-2 Pretzel rolls, 2 hoagie rolls or 1 baguette

 

Process:

  1. On a hot pan, sauté the onions until brown.

  2. Open the bag of Asanté Plant-based Barbacoa and add it to the onions. Lower the heat and add the cheese until it melts.
  1. Toast the bread and divide the mix into two large portions or four medium portions.

*Served with French Fries and salad
*Side Pickles and pickled Jalapeño peppers
