Pork-less Burrito

Ingredients:
-Asanté Plant-based Cochinita Pibil
-Refried Beans (black beans, oil, mash)
-Avocado
-Red onion
-Vinegar
-Fresh chile (habanero)
-Coriander
-Wheat tortillas
-Rice
-Tomato

 

Process:

1. Fry the beans together with onions
2. Mash the beans
3. Cook the rice.
4. Add red onion, tomato, coriander, vinegar, and lemon, in a small bowl.
5. Heat the Asanté Cochinita in the pan and add lemon.
6. In a flour tortilla, place avocado, beans, rice, Cochinita from Asanté, red onion, and tomato.


* Add the mixture from the small bowl.
* Grill the burrito in a pan for about 3-5 minutes on both sides to make it hot and crisp.
