We use fire-roasted tomato, spinach, onion, beet, nopal, green beans, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, olive oil, parsley, table salt, and spices.

It has a fun historical fact that when Northamerican troops entered Mexico City in 1847, they visited a local Fonda and ordered a Beef Steak, locals would then simplify the request as a BISTEAK and the name is now the popular way to eat beef tacos in Mexico City.
